Navigating the fitness world for over 20 years has been challenging. I have hired trainers, joined classes and gone to physical therapy to recover from child birth and injuries. I have been a student of movement studying what works for me and my clients for 10 years, and I found it missing something for busy women. We need something quick, we need something that addresses our challenges, and we need someone that gets us. Thus the 15 Minute Movement was born. The goal is to make it easy to fit movement into our schedules, to make it easy to start from rock bottom, and to make it easy to keep up.
I love being active, but as an adult it became harder to keep it up. Then with each child birth I had to start from bottom up. I wasn't finding a program that worked for me, so I needed to create it. When my busy clients, moms and career women, told me they too couldn't find a program they loved, I knew it was time to share the goods. I have now made the program available to you, and super affordable too!
The 15 minute classes are geared to help you get stronger, become more flexible and raise your heart rate to lower your cholesterol and help you reach your health and fitness goals. The best part is you don't need any equipment and you can do these classes anytime and anywhere! Each class is different, and we combine various types of exercise to keep it fun and interesting.
